Moroi Jozo Fish Sauce
Fish sauce is one of those foods where additives can creep in, so it’s really important to read the label. We’ve been fortunate to find Moroi Jozo fish sauce. This fish sauce uses sandfish which have a limited season. They are fermented in oak barrels for around three years. It has a wonderful depth of flavour – the umami taste.
