Almonds are a good source of prebiotic fibre (if skins are left on) and Vitamin B2 and Vitamin E.
They do have fairly high levels of phytic acid, so if you have digestive issues, eat in small amounts or eat activated almonds.
If you choose non activated nuts, it’s best to buy ones that are organic. Some countries use quite harsh pesticides which are best avoided. We choose My Organics as they are Certified Organic by ACO.
