It’s very hard to find chips that are not cooked in inflammatory seed oils. Seed oils are used because they are cheap but they are terrible for our health. If you want a few carbs without the nasty industrial seed oils, these are the chips for you – the benefits of olive oil are well documented.

Boulder Canyon have a range of chips that are cooked in coconut oil, olive oil and avocado oil. All these oils have good amounts of saturated fat which does not oxidise at the high temperatures required to cook the chips.
